Durante nuestro reciente viaje por Jordania, encontramos lugares maravillosos, monumentos sin parangón, gente maravillosa, lugares increíbles cargados de emocionantes paisajes, fogosos atardeceres, unas gastronomía impresionante, saludable y adictiva !, Desde las evocadoras y antiguas estepas del desierto de Wadi Rum hasta el bullicioso centro de Amán, y desde las majestuosas ruinas de antiguas civilizaciones hasta el esplendor atemporal del Mar Muerto, Jordania es un destino único de lugares imponentes y misteriosos como la ciudad perdida de Petra, alojamientos de alto nivel, exquisita gastronomía e incontables actividades para inspirar, motivar y rejuvenecer al visitante. Pero de todos los lugares que visitamos, uno de ellos destacó en Ammán, desde el punto de vista del lujo en Jordania, un oasis de paz en Oriente Medio.
El Reino Hachemita de Jordania, nos sorprendió por ser un país moderno, dinámico, estable y totalmente seguro para el turista, porque ciertamente y a pesar de la visión que se tiene desde fuera, es seguro viajar a Jordania.
Cuando llegamos a Ammán, y tras sorprendernos con el skyline de la ciudad, nos alojamos en el lujoso apartahotel «The Boulevard Arajan by Rotana», realmente sorprendente, enorme, espacioso, ¡¡podríamos vivir ahí!!. Pero lo realmente maravilloso no era el hotel sino lo que nos encontramos nada más girar la esquina en el Boulevard Arjan y Rotana, una calle repleta de gente, tiendas de todo tipo, donde destacamos ver la famosa Bakery Magnolia, famosa por la serie «Sex and the City» y que sólo podemos encontrar en New York, … bueno, y ahora en Ammán !!, tras ver todo aquello sólo pudimos decir: «No me puedo creer que estemos en Jordania».
Resulta que toda esa zona forma parte del proyecto Abdali, una modernización sin precedentes que se ubica estratégicamente en el corazón de la capital de Jordania, muy cerca de las principales instituciones comerciales, financieras, públicas, turísticas y sanitarias.
Abdali, es el llamado a ser nuevo centro de la ciudad de Amán, en el que se encuentran los más modernos edificios de Jordania, apartamentos residenciales, comercios, oficinas, hoteles y apartoteles, tiendas y diferentes centros de entretenimiento y salud. Un centro de negocios que nos dejó realmente fascinados.
«The Boulevard» es un precioso espacio independiente lleno de arcos de flores, perfectamente integrado en su entorno compuesto por muchos edificios que forman una larga avenida peatonal donde disfrutamos de la gente, las tiendas y cenando en un lujoso restaurante «Café Italia» donde conocimos los fascinantes vinos jordanos
En un extremo del bulevar está el Abdali Mall, un enorme y moderno centro comercial donde ya han aparecido Zara, Oysho, Starbucks y muchas otras grandes empresas que han invertido en el futuro de Jordania
Todas estas empresas nos dan un reflejo de la actualidad de Jordania, un país moderno y progresista; reflejo que también podemos ver en la gente jordana, que tienen un estilo de vida y forma de vestir muy occidentalizada, muy diferente al resto de países vecinos.
Hemos vuelto enamorados y muy sorprendidos con todo lo que Jordania puede ofrecer.
During our recent trip to Jordan, we found wonderful places, unparalleled monuments, wonderful and kind people, full of exciting landscapes, fiery sunsets, a stunning, healthy and addictive gastronomy!, From the haunting, primeval starkness of Wadi Rum to the bustling center Amman, and from the majestic ruins of ancient civilizations to the timeless splendor of the Dead Sea, Jordan is a unique destination of imposing and mysterious places like the lost city of Petra, high standard accommodations, exquisite cuisine and countless activities to inspire, motivate and rejuvenate to all the visitors. But of all the places we visited, one of them highlighted in Amman, from the point of view of luxury, it’s an oasis of peace in the Middle East.
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, kindly surprised us by being a modern, dynamic, stable and completely safe country for tourists, for that and despite the view we have from outside, it’s safe to travel to Jordan.
When we arrived in Amman, we were surprised by the skyline of the city, we stayed at a truly amazing luxurious apartment, huge, spacious, ‘we could live there !! «The Boulevard Arajan by Rotana». But what was really wonderful was not the hotel by itself, it was what we found just turning the corner on the Boulevard Arjan and Rotana, a pedestrian street full of people, lots of shops, where we highlight the famous Bakery Magnolia, famous for the series «Sex and the City”, which can only be found in New York, … well, and now in Amman !!, after seeing all that, we could only say,» I cannot believe we’re in Jordan.»
It turns out that the whole area is part of the Abdali project, an unprecedented modernization strategically located in the heart of the Jordanian capital, close to the main commercial, financial, public, touristic and health institutions.
The Abdali area, is called to be the new center of the city of Amman, area in which there are the most modern buildings in Jordan, residential apartments, offices and hotels, shops and various entertainment and health centers. A business center that really left us spellbound.
«The Boulevard» is a beautiful full independent space with arches of flowers, perfectly integrated into its environment composed of many buildings that form a long pedestrian avenue where we enjoyed the people, the atmosphere, shopping and dining at a fancy restaurant «Café Italia» where we met very tasty Jordanians wines
At one end of the boulevard is the Abdali Mall, a large modern shopping center where they have already appeared Zara, Oysho, Starbucks and many other large companies that have invested in the future of Jordan.
All these companies give us today a reflection of Jordan, a modern and progressive country; reflection that we can also see in the Jordanian people, who have a lifestyle and a very westernized clothes, very different from other neighboring countries.
We have become in love and very surprised with all that Jordan has to offer.
